This is the privacy policy for enervosites.com, run by Enervo in Kosciusko County, Indiana. I keep it short and in plain English. If anything is unclear, email me at braxton@enervosites.com.
What the contact form collects
When you fill out the “Get your free mock-up” form, I collect only what you type in:
- Your name (required)
- Your email address (required)
- Your business name (optional)
- Your phone number (optional)
- Your message (optional)
Why I collect it
I use this information only to reply to you, talk about your free mock-up, and follow up about building your website. I don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and I won’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it’s stored
Form submissions are stored in a secure database hosted by Supabase, a data storage provider. The website itself is hosted by Vercel. These companies process data on my behalf to keep the site and form running.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t track you across other websites. It reports visits in aggregate, not who you are. This site doesn’t use Google Analytics or advertising trackers.
How long I keep it
I keep your inquiry for as long as we’re in touch about your website, and for a reasonable time after in case you have questions. You can ask me to delete it at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent me. Just emailbraxton@enervosites.com and I’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
